At Hippy Reverie, each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, and we truly appreciate your support of handmade goods.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn and in original condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• Due to the unique and often “mystery” nature of our pieces, returns based on design preference are accepted, but original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective

To start a return:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions at that time.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not guaranteed.
